We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team at Alton Water team in various roles, making a difference in our community while working in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you're ensuring safety by the water, teaching watersports, or keeping our parks pristine and welcoming, we have a role for you!

Lifeguards

• Ensure the safety of all visitors at our pool or waterfront

• Conduct regular checks and enforce safety guidelines

• Assist with setting up and maintaining facilities

Requirements: NPLQ/OWL qualification preferred (or training can be provided)

Watersports Instructors

• Lead fun and engaging water-based activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, or sailing

• Provide excellent instruction for all ages and skill levels

• Ensure safety standards are met at all times

Requirements: RYA or UKCC level 1 in Kayak & Canoe qualifications or equivalent are desirable

Senior Watersports Instructors (fixed term and casual roles available)

• Oversee watersports activities and mentor the instructor team.

• Deliver high-quality training sessions and ensure safety compliance.

• Support planning and management of events or activities.

Requirements: Advanced RYA/BC or equivalent qualifications, plus leadership experience
