Opportunity Details
Ponds Equestrian is Fiona Kashel an international event rider who competes and produces horses up to advanced level as well as running the livery yard.
Fiona and her team offer a wealth of experience looking after and caring for horses, ensuring each horse is settled and happy at all times and are now looking for a Level 3 senior equine groom apprentice to join their friendly team.Ponds Equestrian has fantastic facilities and offers a variety of livery options for clients where the team pride themselves on presentation comfort for the horses. Fiona and her staff ensure all the horses want for nothing!
The position would involve all usual yard duties including mucking out, turning out and brining in, feeding and watering as well as responsibilities involving the supporting of the running and management of the yard and dealing with clients.
Hours and days are flexible but will be a minimum of 30 and maximum of 48

Skills Required
- Experience with Horses is needed
- Good communication skills

Qualifications Required
GCSE Level 4/ Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.

Other Information
There is no accommodation available with this position and no access by public transport , so please make sure you can get yourself to and from the location daily before applying.
Hours 40+ per week over 5 days to include 1 weekend day per week, 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
