Vacancy Description:
To provide exceptional remote and onsite support of Total Group’s customers and ensure all service standards are adhered to. All within a Windows environment
Key Duties:
- Providing hardware support and installations covering PC, Server, networking, Firewalls, Wi-Fi and disaster recovery.
- Providing software support and installations covering Windows 10, Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 (support, admin and migration), AWS, Virtualisation Hyper V / VMware
- Complete customer change requests in line with agreed change management process and SLA’s
- Progress and action all assigned tickets and ensure actions are fully documented in PSA tool
- Escalate tickets where necessary to 2nd/3rd Line support
- Update and create Knowledge Management documentation
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners when supporting the business.

Personal Qualities:
- Communicate clearly and concisely and to relay technical issues in non-technical language be enthusiastic and ready for a challenge
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
