Passionate about travel? Connoisseur Travel Services, an independent agency since 1987, is looking for a Travel Apprentice to join the team and learn the ropes of the travel world. 

What You’ll Do:

• Client Bookings: Handle bookings, find the best deals, and process them smoothly.
• Digital Filing: Manage client info and booking details through SharePoint.
• CRM Systems: Use Vtarcs and vCRM to process bookings and send confirmations.
• Marketing: Design ads, digital brochures, and social media posts.
• Customer Service: Communicate with clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Learning: Gain destination knowledge through webinars and supplier websites. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for travel
• Great communication skills
• Creative and eager to learn
• Team player
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook)

• Salary: £18,000 / year
• 5 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) + 1 Saturday morning shift every 6 weeks

They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
