Marke Solutions are a skilled group of IT consultants who specialise in supporting small and medium-sized businesses across the UK with IT Support and IT Management. Responsibilities:

  • First-line technical support: Assist customers across various industries with their IT queries, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Deliver excellent customer service over the phone, assessing issues and escalating to appropriate technicians when necessary.
  • Handle lower-level technical troubleshooting to resolve straightforward IT issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.
  • Generate and track support tickets, ensuring all tasks are resolved efficiently.
  • Support the team with general administrative and office-related tasks.

Desirable skills:

  • You don’t need to be a tech wiz – we’re looking for somebody with a keen interest in IT who is eager to learn and develop new skills.

  • You don’t need to be a tech wiz – we’re looking for somebody with a keen interest in IT who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised and strong time management skills.
  • Keen problem solver and able to use initiative.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driver’s license and access to own vehicle (advantageous due to location).

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
