Sales and Data Apprentice

Main Responsibilities:

• Pricing Solutions: Evaluate and price Internet connectivity solutions for iceblue’s customers, taking into account their specific requirements and budget considerations. Using a variety of tools to create pricing scenarios for customers
• Quotation Management: Effectively manage the quotation process, including uploading customer quotation requests to iceblue's quotation portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation
• Online Supplier Portal Usage: Proficiently navigate online service provider portals to access and retrieve essential supplier pricing data, leveraging these platforms to support data-driven decision-making and building relationships with key suppliers in order to obtain the best pricing possible
• Quotation Management: Organize and upload supplier quotes to iceblue's quotation portal in a systematic and timely manner, ensuring the availability of up-to-date information for internal teams. Ensuring the daily pricing activities are coordinated and carried out in accordance with processes & procedures

Desirable Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills - ability to write and speak English to a good standard, have the ability to communicate clearly in writing and over the telephone with suppliers, internal and external teams.
• Exceptional level of attention to detail
• the ability to work in a team and be responsible for their own workload.
• Be confident with working in an office environment
• Experience with Microsoft desktop Applications - Outlook, Excel, Word , PowerPoint
• Demonstrate good arithmetic skills
• Have good time management and organisational skills

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
