Marketing Apprentice

Employer description:Compelite Pro are a specialist social media management and marketing agency with extensive knowledge of trends, engagement and Facebook ads. We stick with our mission to continually make a positive difference, this doesn't stop at transforming your socials. Compelite Pro will be on hand to assist with other marketing requirements. From trackable dynamic QR codes with personalised landing pages to business card design. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with TikTok and Instagram content filming
• Support video editing and production
• Create engaging static and carousel content
• Write compelling social media captions
• Contribute ideas for content improvement
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorms

Desirable skills:

• Proven TikTok & Instagram proficiency
• Experience with video editing software
• Understanding of social media analytics
• Knowledge of personal branding principles
• Portfolio of content creation work
• Basic photography skills
• Experience with LinkedIn content creation
• Understanding of content scheduling tools
• Mobile video creation capabilities
• Content writing and caption crafting skills
• Understanding of content scheduling tools
• Basic computer literacy and digital tool adaptability

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

9am - 5.50pm (with 1 hour break)
