In this role, your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Become 1st point of contact for finance matters within the firm. 
  • Process financial transactions and payments via ALB and Online Banking system. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will use ALB for various activities such as invoicing and management of purchase ledger. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be an expert user. 
  • Assist with credit control activities, using MS Excel to monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts. 
  • Support month-end procedures and reporting. 
  • Contribute to matter opening procedures in collaboration with relevant departments. 
  • Handle daily banking tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. 

Desirable experience, skills, and personal qualities: 

  • Interest in a finance-related role
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary: £21,000 per annum.

Working week:Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
