About us:  Caledonian Financial Management are a firm of highly qualified Financial Advisors based in East Kilbride. 

Overview: You will be working for a company who has supported a QA Apprentice before, so you are in safe hands! The purpose of the role is to provide support to the business in accordance with all documented processes and procedures.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain compliant client records on IO - you will use this system to keep an up-to-date client record management system. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be an expert on iO.
  • Gather plan information to create client portfolio report from IO and check for accuracy.
  • Upload documents to Standard Life portal. 
  • Manage own diary using Microsoft Outlook and liaise with CSE to ensure review documentation is prepared within agreed timescales.
  • Handle client queries and prepare remainder of client packs in preparation of meetings.
  • Produce client specific reports i.e. CashCalc and Selectapension.
  • Produce and finalise Annual Review Letter’s (ARL’s).
  • Produce and process letters of authority and track to completion, ensuring all relevant information has been obtained.

  • Drive, desire, and commitment to progress personally within Financial Services.

Drive, location not duties: Please Note - Being able to drive is preferred but not essential as long as you are within an hour commute. 

Working week: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm, Friday is from 9am - 4pm. 

Salary: £20,000 per annum.
