Social Media Marketing Apprentice

Universal Product Solutions are searching for a talented Social Media Creator to join our dynamic team and lift our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating content that tantalises taste buds and builds a loyal following.

Expectation of occasional weekend work

What you'll be doing:

• Crafting daily, engaging content for all our social media channels, with a special focus on TikTok.
• Going live daily on TikTok, engaging with our audience, and showcasing our delicious product range.
• Producing, editing, and posting captivating videos and Reels to maximise engagement.
• Collaborating with our product team to identify emerging viral trends and create timely, relevant content.
• Working closely with our marketing agency to ensure cohesive brand strategy development.

What you'll bring to the table:

• A confident and charismatic on-camera presence, ready to build our TikTok community.
• Proven experience in social media management, particularly with TikTok.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
