Key Responsibilities:

• Reception and Admin Support: Manage client messages, bookings, and assist with client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and post engaging content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Develop strategies to grow our audience and enhance brand visibility.
• Website Management: Regularly update our website with new services, products, and promotions to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels and keep the inventory organized and up to date.
• Payment Processing: Manage customer transactions efficiently and securely.
• General Admin Tasks: Keep an organized task list, assist with daily operations, and provide ongoing support to the team.

Skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• An interest in the hair and beauty industry
