Opportunity Details
What you will do on your working day.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate
team members.
Managing and distributing incoming post
Respond to emails promptly, demonstrating effective written communication
skills.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and other
duties as assigned.
Collaborate with team members to complete administrative work efficiently.
Utilise in-house systems and databases, including CRM, to manage and organise
information.
Diary Management - Schedule and coordinate meetings for both File Handlers and
clients.
Handle inquiries from clients and provide necessary assistance.
Assist in handling files, and as proficiency grows, take on additional legal
duties.
The training you will be getting
Business Administration (Level 3) qualification
Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
All learning is studied through a combination of live online classes and
self-paced eLearning

Training and Development:
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training in business
administration and legal support. As you progress, you will have the
opportunity to take on more advanced legal responsibilities, providing a clear
pathway for professional growth within the firm.

verbal and written. Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in using basic office tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).
