You will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals and colleagues to help ensure the practice runs smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Updating and maintaining patient records accurately
  • Processing clinical correspondence and attaching information to patient records
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries
  • Managing emails and online patient requests
  • Booking and following up appointments where required
  • Scanning, filing and organising patient documentation
  • Supporting doctors, nurses and other clinical staff with administrative tasks
  • Handling referrals and liaising with hospitals and healthcare providers
  • Processing requests for medical reports and other private work
  • Assisting with audits, reports and practice administration projects
