A growing business is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Marketing Apprentice to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, content creation, e-commerce, and brand promotion while completing a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship over 18 months. Working closely with senior management and operational teams, you will play a key role in promoting products and services, supporting customer engagement, and strengthening the organisation’s presence across multiple marketing channels. As a Marketing Apprentice, you will gain valuable experience by supporting a variety of marketing activities, including creating engaging content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels, assisting with the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, updating and maintaining the company website and online product listings, supporting product sales through online marketplaces such as eBay, designing promotional materials, email campaigns, and customer communications, creating photography and video content to showcase products, projects, and services, monitoring website and social media performance, producing reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting the management of customer reviews and online reputation, assisting with event promotion, product launches, and industry exhibitions, working with senior managers to develop marketing strategies that support business growth, and providing general administrative support for marketing and wider business activities as required. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop practical skills in digital marketing strategy and campaign planning, social media management and content creation, brand awareness and customer engagement, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and website management, email marketing and CRM systems, analytics, reporting, and measuring campaign performance, creating marketing content using a range of digital tools and software, managing online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, communication, project management, and collaboration across business functions, understanding customer journeys and delivering excellent customer experiences. Applicants with additional qualifications, relevant experience, or a genuine passion for marketing and digital media are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be creative and eager to learn, organised with excellent attention to detail, passionate about digital marketing and social media, proactive with a positive attitude, a confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to work independently and as part of a team, reliable, punctual, and committed to both work and study, willing to bring new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital platforms (experience with Canva, Adobe, WordPress, or similar software is desirable but not essential).
