Apprenticeship Details

Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will:

  1. Support children's learning and development through play-based and planned activities.
  2. Help create a caring, stimulating, and inclusive early years environment.
  3. Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, personal care (such as nappy changing), and outdoor play.
  4. Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning for individual children's progress.
  5. Work as part of a supportive team to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and supported.

We are looking for someone who is:

  3. Friendly with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Training & Qualification

You will work towards:

  1. Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.
  2. Paediatric First Aid qualification.

Training includes:

  1. Fully online delivery by a specialist training provider.
  2. No college attendance required.
  3. Dedicated tutor support throughout the apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements

A genuine interest in working with young children.

Commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.

Support can be provided to achieve these qualifications if required.

Relevant qualifications or experience may be considered and could reduce the length of training.
