About Shared Access

Shared Access is a fast-growing independent wireless telecommunications infrastructure company with a mission to be the best provider of wireless connectivity in the world. We work with mobile network operators and landlords to design, install, finance, and manage wireless networks across the UK and Ireland.

We’re a collaborative, fast-paced team that values curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn. This role is an excellent entry point into property and estate management for someone at the start of their career.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for two motivated and organised individuals to join our Estates and Business Operations teams as Coordinators. Working closely with and supporting our Property and Business Operations Managers, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly - managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, tracking key lease dates, and helping to ensure the team is always one step ahead.

This is an entry-level role and no prior property or telecoms experience is required. What matters is that you’re organised, proactive, and genuinely interested in building a career in business operations, property or estate management.

You will have the chance to spend time in various areas of the business as we want you to have this context and learning to support your development.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Managers with day-to-day administration across our lease and supplier portfolio.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce), keeping data current and reliable.

  • Track key lease and contract dates, deadlines, and milestones, flagging upcoming actions to the Managers proactively.

  • Draft and issue routine property correspondence and documentation under direction.

  • Assist with the management and filing of business and property documents and agreements.

  • Support landlord, supplier and third-party communications on routine matters as directed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone with years of experience - we’re looking for the right person. If the description below sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Organised and detail-oriented - you notice when things aren’t quite right and you do something about it

  • Proactive and self-motivated - you don’t wait to be told what to do next

  • A good communicator, comfortable engaging with colleagues, landlords, and external contacts professionally

  • Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and documents - you pick up new technology quickly

  • Curious and willing to learn - this is an environment where there’s a lot to absorb and that excites you

  • Reliable and conscientious - the team can count on you to follow through

Prior experience in property, telecoms, or estate management is not required. This role is well-suited to someone who has recently finished their A-Levels or equivalent and is looking for their first step into a professional environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary - to be confirmed

  • Bonus scheme

  • Private medical insurance

  • Life insurance

  • 25 days annual leave + 2 discretionary days at Christmas

  • On-site parking

  • A structured induction and training programme

  • Genuine support for your development and progression

Your Development

We genuinely invest in our people. This role is designed as a career starting point, not a dead end. As you develop your knowledge of the estate, the systems, and the team, there is real scope to take on greater responsibility over time.

Your performance will be reviewed regularly, and individuals who show initiative, commitment, and a genuine interest in growing will be actively supported in building their career development.

How to Apply

If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates at the start of their career who are looking for a role where they can grow.
