Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3)- Legal Sector

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in business administration while gaining practical experience supporting a legal team. You’ll work closely with colleagues and clients, helping with the day-to-day running of the office and developing your administration skills.
As you gain experience and confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to become involved in additional legal support duties.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Manage and distribute incoming post.
Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Carry out general administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
Use in-house systems, databases and CRM systems to manage and organise information.
Manage diaries and coordinate meetings for colleagues and clients.
Respond to client enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
Assist with managing files and keeping information organised and up to date.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Work with colleagues to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
As your skills develop, take on additional legal support duties.

Requirements
GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or equivalent) – essential.
Previous office or legal experience is not required.
Training & Development
You’ll complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship alongside your role.
As you develop your administration skills and knowledge, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and gain further experience within the legal sector.
