What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, you'll work closely with experienced consultants and learn how to manage the full recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to successful placement.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn and internal databases.
Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews with candidates.
Write engaging, SEO-friendly job adverts to attract quality applicants.
Build relationships with candidates and understand their career goals.
Support consultants with arranging interviews and providing candidate feedback.
Communicate professionally with clients and candidates by telephone and email.
Research companies and identify new business opportunities.
Make outbound business development calls and email prospective clients.
Update the CRM and maintain accurate candidate and client records.
Shadow experienced Recruitment Consultants to develop sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Complete your apprenticeship training alongside your day-to-day role.

An interest in sales, recruitment or business development.
Previous recruitment experience is not required as full training will be provided.
Training
You will complete a nationally recognised Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship, gaining valuable industry experience while developing the knowledge and skills needed for a successful recruitment career.
