Everllence UK, based in Stockport, provides specialist engineering services, maintenance, overhaul, repair, and aftermarket support for engines and industrial equipment. As part of the global Everllence PrimeServ network, the UK operation supports customers with OEM expertise, genuine spare parts, technical services, and workshop capabilities, helping maximise equipment reliability, uptime, and long-term value.
Key Accountabilities
• Support recruitment campaigns, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Provide first-line support for routine HR queries from employees and managers.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management administration.
• Prepare HR letters, meeting documentation and records.
• Produce HR reports and management information.
• Support payroll administration and data accuracy checks.
• Assist with Success Factors and HR system activities.
• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
Apprenticeship Development Objectives
• Develop knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Gain experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Develop confidence supporting managers and employees.
• Build HR reporting and data analysis skills.
• Achieve the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship and CIPD qualification.
Skills required
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Interest in Human Resources and people management.
Qualifications required
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).

Future prospects
No guarantee permanent role, it will be dependant if role is available and headcount approval but there is a possibility they can extend the length of apprenticeship and further study support.
