About Company:

MTL Global Ltd develops and sells consumer brands, including Green Edge 360, an eco-conscious laundry brand offering laundry detergent sheets and in-wash scent boosters. The company is growing its e-commerce, social media, influencer and digital marketing activity.


The Role:

A hands-on digital marketing role supporting the growth of Green Edge 360. The apprentice will help create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms; support campaigns, launches and promotions; assist with influencer and UGC outreach; improve website and product content; and use AI tools responsibly for research, ideas, copywriting and content planning. The role suits someone creative, proactive and confident using their own initiative to suggest new ideas and spot trends.


Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create and edit reels, stories, posts and short videos.

- Design branded graphics and assets in Canva.

- Use AI tools for ideas, captions, scripts, emails and research.

- Schedule/publish content on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

- Email Marketing

- Research trends, competitors and customer pain points.

Skills required

- Strong Canva skills are essential.
- Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Midjourney, or similar.
- Basic video editing skills, ideally CapCut or Reels/TikTok editor.
- Good written English for captions, hooks and copy.
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social trends.
- Good IT skills including Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Creative eye for design, branding and content.

Qualifications required

Maths & English GCSE 6 and above
