What You'll Do at Work
Working closely with the wider team, you'll support a rangeof administrative and organisational tasks, helping to ensure the smoothrunning of the office.
This varied role may include:
- Managing emails, telephone enquiries and visitor communications
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
- Supporting diary management and meeting administration
- Preparing documents, letters, reports and correspondence
- Updating spreadsheets and organisational systems
- Supporting compliance and data management processes
- Assisting with the organisation of events, activities and community initiatives
- Liaising with colleagues, volunteers, service users and external stakeholders
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Supporting managers with general administrative tasks and projects
- Providing excellent customer service and professional communication at all times
- This role is across all departments of the business and will include some accounts administration
