Key Responsibilities:
  • As our Operations & Communications Assistant, you'll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role where you'll work with different teams across the organisation, providing administrative support wherever it's needed and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • On a typical day, you could be updating internal systems, maintaining accurate records, answering telephone enquiries, preparing reports and supporting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks. You'll also help keep the office running efficiently by managing supplies, organising files and assisting with general office administration.
  • Working closely with teams across Operations, Communications, Sales, IT, Finance and Reporting, you'll build relationships with colleagues and external organisations, communicating professionally by phone and email while providing excellent support across the business. As you become more confident in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of tasks, contribute ideas and get involved in a variety of projects.


Skills required

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys variety. You'll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work.

You'll be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You'll be happy working independently when needed, while also enjoying being part of a supportive team.

Qualifications required

GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Training you'll get

BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
