- Providing general administration, data entry, filing and record keeping.
- Managing shared inboxes, correspondence, diaries, meetings and office enquiries.
- Supporting colleagues across finance, operations, customer service and other functions.

- Using Microsoft Office and business systems to produce clear, accurate work.
- Learning current workflows, identifying AI improvements and reviewing outcomes.
- Testing approved AI tools and creating prompts, templates and simple workflows.
- Providing first-line AI support and escalating technical, security or policy issues.
- Creating guidance and delivering demonstrations, one-to-one support and group training.
- Completing apprenticeship learning, workplace projects and assessments on time.
- Supporting large-scale projects, such as the introduction of a new AI chatbot for customer queries.
