IT Support Technician Apprentice

- Resolve IT issues for internal users
- Administer the IT support mailbox
- User admin - creation of accounts for new starters and the administration of leaver accounts
- Organise and allocate hardware for new starters
- Maintain an accurate IT Asset List
- Support the IT Manager with preparing the business for IT accreditations
Skills required
- Some IT literacy preferred
- Basic Microsoft 365 competency preferred
