Level 2 Administration Assistant Apprentice (Salary £16,000)

Main Responsibilities:
Support the administration of training courses, events and apprenticeship programmes, including bookings, joining instructions, registers and learner records.
Assist with monitoring email inboxes, responding to routine enquiries and escalating more complex queries to colleagues or supervisors.
Answer telephone calls professionally, take messages and direct enquiries to the appropriate person.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems and ensure records are kept up to date.
Support meetings by preparing papers, taking minutes and distributing notes and actions as required.
Collect and process learner, delegate and customer feedback and support the production of simple evaluation reports.
Assist with basic data analysis and reporting, including member engagement, course attendance and feedback summaries.
Assist colleagues with the preparation, coordination and delivery of conferences, events and presentations.

Qualifications required
A minimum of 5 x GCSEs which must include both English and maths at grade 4/C or above.
Applicants without these grades should be able to demonstrate sufficient English, maths and digital skills to undertake the apprenticeship and perform the role effectively.
