The role will be delivery focused, and key responsibilities are as follows:
• Operate our iXBRL tagging technology to review, validate, and update the tags applied to clients' financial statements.
• Work across a range of frameworks - FRS 101, FRS 102, IFRS, and the Charities - for entities in both the UK and Ireland.
• Ensure tagged accounts meet the filing requirements of the relevant authorities, including HMRC and Companies House in the UK, and Revenue and the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland.
• Manage a portfolio of established clients, delivering accurate, filing-ready output to agreed deadlines as part of our outsourced service.
• Exercise judgement on tagging treatment where a figure could map to more than one concept, and resolve validation issues so filings are accepted first time.
• Carry out quality checks and reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy across the portfolio, and support update training for our AI models.
• Liaise with clients and internal colleagues to resolve queries on figures, presentation, or tagging treatment in a professional, service-focused way.
• Support development of further accounting agent use cases for platform3, including enhancing the Financial Statements preparation solution.
• Support the deployment of our leases and Revenue Recognition agents to clients
• Support wider business in developing new AI enabled services that can be provided to clients.

This Level 3 programme builds on the foundations for entry level talent to support growth within an Accountancy and Finance function.
Employees on this apprenticeship will ensure an Accountancy and Finance practice performs in the most effective way. It includes the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and provides the opportunity for them to support the business with essential skills and behaviours to drive results.
You will learn how to prepare financial statements for Sole Traders and Partnerships, the importance of management accounting information, and how to prepare VAT returns. You’ll develop the technical skills to start, or progress, your career in accountancy and this will allow you to continue with your studies onto Level 4.
To pass this level you will need to study the following four units:
Financial Accounting; Preparing Financial Statements (FAPS).
Management Accounting Techniques (MATS).
Tax Processes for Business (TPFB).
Business Awareness (BUAW).
