We are looking for a friendly, proactive Food & Beverage team member to support our Front of House operation and help deliver a great experience for every guest. In this role you will make sure all tables are cleared and cleaned to a consistently high standard and that the restaurant and bar areas are set up and presented ready for service, including preparing seating and ensuring cutlery is organised and polished. You will need to understand and comply with licensing regulations and the venue's requirements for the service of alcoholic beverages and ensure the Weights and Measures Act and the Trade Descriptions Act are always adhered to (age appropriate). As this role may be part of an apprenticeship, you will also be required to attend all college sessions and training courses on time and demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and development.
