We are looking for a motivated and reliable Business Administrator Apprentice with a focus on becoming an Exam Officer. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in administration, education operations, and customer service while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

You will play a key role in the smooth running of internal systems, exam coordination, and communication with students and families.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility within a growing educational organisation.

Key Responsibilities

You will receive training and support to gradually take on the following responsibilities:

Exam Officer Duties

  1. Register students for internal mock exams and workshops.
  2. Manage and update timetables, exam schedules, and student records.
  3. Support exam setup, invigilation coordination, and logistics.
  4. Communicate exam information and results to students and parents.
  5. Maintain accurate data across internal systems.

Business Administration Duties

  1. Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally.
  2. Support day-to-day administrative operations.
  3. Update and maintain internal databases.
  4. Prepare documents, schedules, and reports.
  5. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding information or payments.
  6. Assist with workshop and event organisation.
  7. Learn and support internal booking and student management systems.

  4. Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and general computer systems.
