What to Expect
Our 2-yearApprenticeship Programme gives you the opportunity to earn while you learn,gain hands-on experience in client communications, data analysis, reporting andbusiness operations while working towards a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist qualification. Supported by coaches, mentors andindustry professionals, you'll develop valuable skills and build a strongfoundation for a career in banking and financial services.
Client Lifecycle Management is part of MUFG's Corporate &Investment Banking division and plays a key role in managing communicationswith clients across the business. The team acts as a central hub for client outreach, helping deliver a consistent and seamless client experience.
What you'll do
- Support the delivery of client communication campaigns across a range of business and industry topics.
- Use tools such as Salesforce and Excel to support client outreach and reporting activities.
- Manage and maintain client data, helping to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Create reports and insights that support business decision-making.
- Assist with the preparation of professional client communications and presentations.
- Work closely with teams across the bank, building relationships across the business.
- Support projects that contribute to MUFG's "One MUFG"approach to client service. Gain hands-on experience in client engagement,data analysis and financial services from day one.

Qualifications required
- Minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels (or equivalent) including minimum grade of 6/B in Business Studies, Economics, Maths, English, Sciences (including Computer Science) to be eligible to apply.
Training you'll get
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
