As Data Apprentice you will be working within theCampaigning Department to improve identification of and communication withtarget voters.


The candidate will have the following qualities:

Able to manage competing demands and requests inwhat can be a fast paced political environment

- Attention to detail and reliability ingathering, maintaining, analysing and interpreting data

- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel,and progressing towards SQL and Python or R

- Strong numerical and analytical skills and ideally an understanding of statisticalmethods

- A commitment to the values of the ConservativeParty


Responsibilities:

Contributing to maintaining accurate data, aswell as data collection and collation

- Analysis of data, often responding to requestsfrom colleagues for answers to somewhat urgent questions

- Data visualisation, creating presentations anddashboards that will be used across the organisation

- Supporting our activists in audience selectionand data manipulation where your skills mean you are best placed to do so
