We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team and develop their skills within a busy and professional property environment.
The Role
As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office. You will work alongside experienced members of the Hunter & Hunter team, gaining practical experience while completing your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, approachable and keen to build a long-term career in business administration, customer service or the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally
Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
Updating and maintaining property and customer records
Preparing documents, correspondence and reports
Booking appointments and coordinating property viewings
Assisting with enquiries from landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers
Supporting the team with property listings and marketing administration
Uploading and maintaining information across relevant systems
Filing and organising documents, both electronically and physically
Assisting with general office administration
Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date
Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
Learning about the different areas of an estate agency and how they work together

Previous office or property experience is not essential — we are looking for the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
Apprenticeship Training
As part of the role, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, developing practical workplace skills alongside your formal training.
You will gain experience in areas including:
Business administration
Customer service
Communication
Digital and IT skills
Organisation and time management
Document and information management
Business processes
Working professionally with customers and colleagues
You will receive support from both Hunter & Hunter and your apprenticeship training provider throughout your programme.
