Things to Consider Before Applying; Please note: This is not one of our usual apprenticeship roles advertised at £18,000. This is a £25,000 per annum position for the right candidate. This is a sales-driven role, not an admin job.

You will be expected to: Work hard and manage performance targets. Contribute actively to business growth. Bring energy, ambition, and a strong work ethic.

We’re looking for someone with: 6–7 years of office-based experience. A background in call centres or similar roles involving regular phone and email communication. Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent customer service and admin skills. A clear drive to progress in your career and increase your earnings. A full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred). A high level of independence and personal motivation, ideally someone who takes initiative and wants to succeed.

We are also open to applicants from a retail background, provided you have worked at a department manager or supervisor level. This role is not suitable for entry-level retail staff. We need someone with leadership experience, strong customer engagement, and a track record of responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
