Working hours and pattern Monday- Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Working location/site- This may be split between 2 sites in Boston (2 miles apart, on same road route) both are Albert Bartlett & Sons sites. 40 hours a week1 year 4 monthsExcellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Familiar with computer system, Strong organizational skills, Ability to manage own workload, Continuous Improvement, IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Confidence to raise awareness and improve the safety culture across all levels of the business once trained, Capable of proactively leading and managing own workload, Enthusiasm to become involved with the training and development of staff, improving their HSE understanding and capabilities, Proactive, confident, Can work on own initiative and as part of a team, practical and pragmatic, Smart appearance; pleasant manner; easy to work with, High standard of confidentiality, Excellent communication skills, Approachable, Respectful of work colleagues, Previous experience of analysing data and compiling reports, Numeracy and literacy skills, Good IT skills, Some experience and/or knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and practices, Experience of working in a fast-moving business may also be advantageousRequirements
