What You'll Do
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll support the team with the smooth running of the office. Your duties will include:
Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
Responding to emails, letters and other correspondence
Ordering stationery and general office supplies
Supporting with invoices and payment processing
Entering and maintaining accurate information on company systems
Filing and organising electronic and paper records
Photocopying, scanning and preparing documents
Using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
Handling information in line with data protection requirements
Providing general administrative support to colleagues
Following company procedures and helping to keep office processes organised
As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and develop your knowledge of business administration.

4 GCSEs, including Maths and English
Training & Development
You’ll work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship while gaining practical experience in the workplace.
The apprenticeship will help you develop skills in areas including:

Record keeping and data management
Document production
Organisation and time management
Handling confidential information
Supporting business processes
