Guest Experience Specialist

€1,994 gross monthly salary. We are committed to setting our remuneration at levels above the sector’s pay scales. We undertake to carry out annual pay reviews within the company to ensure our colleagues receive competitive remuneration.

Full-time, permanent contract, starting 1 September 2026.

Become a Guest Experience Specialist
Working with children requires energy, confidence and hard work, but we guarantee it’s never, ever boring. You will be an experience member of the team that the other core members will be able to come to for advice or extra information to allow them to be the best versions of themselves. You will aid in the delivery of training at the start and during the operational season. You will continue to do the work of a Tour Leader by working directly with the guests on excursions and on-site but you will take on more responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of the operation. You may find the Leadership and Management team will rely on you by delegation either administrative or more operational senior duties.

Our clients are mainly from the UK, which is why we ask all our activity leaders to be fluent in English – ideally, you’ll have a minimum B2 level on the CEFR.
