Description of company:
Caridon Property Ltd is a UK private property company established in 2009 and is part of the Caridon Group. The company specialises in property management, guaranteed rent schemes, and the provision of private and social housing. It works with private landlords, local authorities, and housing providers to manage residential properties and accommodate tenants, including vulnerable individuals and those requiring supported housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to employment reference requests for former employees in a timely and confidential manner.

• Create, update, and maintain employee records across HR systems, including BrightHR, Connect, and eloomi, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

• Set up system profiles for new starters and make amendments throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas where required and accurately record meeting minutes, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.

• Coordinate IT setup for new employees, including arranging equipment and system access.

• Issue and manage building fob/access cards for employees.

• Support the onboarding process by completing pre-employment checks, obtaining references, and ensuring all required documentation is received before employment commences.

• Deliver new starter inductions, introducing employees to company policies, procedures, and systems.

Assist with the administration of the employee lifecycle, including starters, movers, and leavers.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with GDPR and company policies.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and responding to employee queries.

• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.



Skills required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience – Essential:

• Good organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
