We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Salon Coordinator / Front of House to be the face of our busy, vibrant salon. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner.
  2. Manage appointment bookings via phone, online systems, and in person.
  3. Coordinate the daily schedule to maximise stylist productivity.
  4. Handle client enquiries, consultations, and service recommendations.
  5. Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  6. Promote retail products and upsell services where appropriate.
  7. Ensure the reception and salon environment is clean, organised, and presentable.
  8. Support the team with administrative tasks and stock management.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

Ideally, candidate experience or qualifications should include office or salon administration, appointment and diary management, customer service and front-of-house operations, and handling enquiries, bookings, and general administrative duties.
