We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate supports the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Apprenticeship Summary
As an Early Years Apprentice, you help to provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting. You will plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development according to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The role involves managing daily routines while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care. You will communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships, observe and assess children's progress, and maintain accurate records to track their development. Additionally, you will drive initiatives that enhance the nursery environment and support children's learning experiences, collaborating with team members to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
