About the Role
As a Sales Executive Apprentice, you will support the sales team by speaking with customers, identifying new business opportunities and helping to build strong client relationships. You will receive full training and gain hands-on experience working with businesses involved in construction and development projects across the UK.
Main Duties
Making calls to customers and potential clients daily
Following up enquiries and sales opportunities
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Preparing quotations and proposals
Supporting the sales team with live projects and tenders
Delivering excellent customer service
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
Working towards individual and team sales targets

Previous sales, retail, customer service or hospitality experience
An interest in business, sales or construction
Experience dealing with customers
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the construction industry

Training you'll get
Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. Next Level can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course. These workshops occur once every 2 weeks online via Teams or in person. You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager, and yourself, to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work.
If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in Maths and English throughout your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 3 City and Guilds apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration.
