What to Expect
Our 2-year Apprenticeship Programme gives you the opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in stakeholder communications, data analysis, reporting and business operations while working towards CISI Investment Operations Certificate. Supported by coaches, mentors and industry professionals, you'll develop valuable skills and build a strong foundation for a career in banking and financial services.
Our Operations team is at the heart of the bank, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The Loan Operations team supports large lending transactions for clients around the world, managing loans from the point a deal is agreed through to its final repayment. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of how investment banking works and how major businesses access funding.
What you'll do
Support the management of loans for clients across different industries and countries.
Help process important loan activities, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Assist with client requests and day-to-day operational activities.
Produce reports and maintain records to support the team's work.
Work with colleagues across the bank to help deliver a high-quality client experience.
Support projects and process improvements within the team.
Gain hands-on experience of how loans are managed throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications required
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English (Grade 4 or above) and Mathematics (Grade 6 or above).
Training you'll get
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
