Duties and Responsibilities
Raising purchase orders on the Celestra in-house management system.
Data entry using our Xero accounting system including maintaining a Sales & Purchase ledger
Involvement in the setup of customer invoices and credit notes
Learning about the processing of employee expenses & reconciling supplier statements
Reviewing new and existing suppliers
Raising and preparing Sales Invoices and statements, credit control, supplier & internal account reconciliations & preparing payroll, expense claims
General office support, such as answering the telephone, meet and greet customers, photocopying and scanning paperwork and filing
Extensive use of Excel, at advanced level.
Communicate with project teams, account managers and electrical supervisor to ensure that paperwork has been complete promptly and accurately.
Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the finance team.
To support with ad-hoc projects as instructed by the finance manager.
Skills required
Good administration skills
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office / Outlook / Excel

Qualifications required
English and Maths GCSEs 4-9
