What to Expect
Our 2-year Apprenticeship Programme gives you the opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in client communications, data analysis, reporting and business operations while working towards L6 Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship. Supported by coaches, mentors and industry professionals, you'll develop valuable skills and build a strong foundation for a career in banking and financial services.
The Strategy & Business Reporting (“SBR”) team plays a critical role in supporting GCIB management across business governance, client and transaction data management, forecasting, analytics and strategic reporting. The team is responsible for ensuring senior management have access to timely, accurate and insightful information to support decision-making,while also maintaining key business processes such as Deal Screening and relationship management data governance.
What you'll do
- Gain exposure to deal screening, data management, reporting and business planning activities
- Support the review of new business opportunities and deals.
- Help manage and maintain important business and client data.
- Produce reports and analysis that support business decisions.
- Assist with forecasting, planning and tracking business performance.
- Work with teams across Front Office, Credit, Finance, Product and Business Management.
- Support projects and day-to-day activities that help the business operate effectively.

Qualifications required
- Strong interest in financial markets
- Strong A-Levels with GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English (7 or above) and Mathematics (7 or above)
