We are looking for a Management Accountant Apprentice to join our team!
As a Management Accountant Apprentice, your role is to provide administrative and
accounting support for the finance department, working with and assisting colleagues in the
timely production of financial management information and reporting packs, contributing to
the success of the overall New Technology Group strategy.
The Company will invest in you through study support to attain a professional qualification,
and you will be encouraged to work on ad-hoc projects to broaden your skills base. If you
have the skills and can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you.
We operate a structured hybrid working scheme to support our employees in their work-life
balance.
Office working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Tuesdays and Thursdays
are working from home days.

Computer literacy skills: competent in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook email/calendar, PowerPoint, and Sage 200.
Qualifications required
AAT Level 2 qualified or equivalent accounts experience.
5 GCSEs at Level 4 including Maths and English.
Training you'll get
This Level 3 programme builds on the foundations for entry level talent to support growth within an Accountancy and Finance function.
Employees on this apprenticeship will ensure an Accountancy and Finance practice performs in the most effective way. It includes the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and provides the opportunity for them to support the business with essential skills and behaviours to drive results.
You will learn how to prepare financial statements for Sole Traders and Partnerships, the importance of management accounting information, and how to prepare VAT returns. You’ll develop the technical skills to start, or progress, your career in accountancy and this will allow you to continue with your studies onto Level 4.
To pass this level you will need to study the following four units:
Financial Accounting; Preparing Financial Statements (FAPS).
Management Accounting Techniques (MATS).
Tax Processes for Business (TPFB).
Business Awareness (BUAW).
