Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification, supporting office tasks and developing key admin, communication and customer service skills.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Provide general administrative support to the team
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle enquiries professionally
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
Support data entry and ensure accuracy of information
Liaise & work with internal departments to help provide holiday cover
Learn and follow company procedures and policies

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
English (grade 4)
Maths (grade 4)
