Paralegal Apprentice (Salary £18,500)

- Assisting senior solicitors with residential property matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, right to buy and transfers of equity.
- Preparing correspondence and documents.
- Working directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other fee earners to to enhance transaction service.
- Dealing with file set up and administration.
- Dealing with AML and file set up compliance.
- Assisting with post exchange aspects of purchase and sale transactions and seeing them through to completion.
- Assisting with all aspects of post completion matters including title registration and SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns.
- Holiday of 31 days inclusive of bank holidays and Christmasclosing.
