Main Duties:

  • Ensure that collections cases are progressed efficiently inline with agreed upon targets and service levels.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy across case records.
  • Deliver clear communication to clients, stakeholders anddebtors.
  • Produce and process documentation accurately and withinregulatory standards
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues toensure smooth case outcomes
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, escalating risksto the appropriate channel
