IT Apprentice

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our team and develop their technical skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide basic IT support to staff
  • Set up and maintain computers, laptops and other equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Assist with user accounts, systems and network support
  • Help maintain IT records and documentation
  • Learn and develop new IT skills as part of your apprenticeship
  • Help out in the retail shop – serving customers and providing good customer service
  • Answering phone calls to both business clients and normal customers

About you:

  • Keen interest in IT and technology
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
  • No previous IT experience required – full training will be provided
