About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious candidate with a desire to forge a career in manufacturing, offering excellent opportunities for future progression into management and/or technical roles within the company.
You'll get the chance to move around the different departments in the company, building an understanding of the business as a whole.
You'll work your way around the factory, experiencing every aspect of manufacturing circuit boards — including mechanical, printing and chemical processes — giving you knowledge of the product from design through to completion.
Once you've built up your practical skills and knowledge, you may also get experience of the support functions within the business, such as sales, quality, maintenance and supply — giving you an appreciation of the entire process, from supply chain, through manufacture, to customer relations.
