Foraging in the hotel grounds adds an extra layer of authenticity, with Head Chef Mike O’Donnell, at the helm since 1998, constantly evolving the menu to reflect the changing seasons and trends.For a more casual dining experience, The Blue Tiger, offers an opportunity to enjoy a leisurely lunch or unwind with a traditional Devonshire cream tea, served with homemade scones – perfect whether inside or on the terrace.At The Ilsington, every meal is a celebration of Devon’s rich culinary heritage, crafted with care and served with warmth.
