This is an opportunity to work as an apprentice Chef in our award-winning restaurant, holder of two AA rosettes and our casual dining restaurant too.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Food preparation and cooking-prepare, season and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to recipes.
  • Menu planning & Development-help design menus based on seasonal ingredients, dietary preferences and culinary trends
  • Cook food in timely manner and ensure appealing plate presentation
  • Stock management
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
  • Good team player with rest of kitchen team and front of house staff
